Potato Casserole Recipe
This is a very delicious dish that can be prepared ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to bake. We hope you Enjoy it as much as we do.
Yield: 6 Servings

2 Lb Ore Ida Hash Browns, Frozen
|
1 Tsp Salt
|
|
1 Pint Sour Cream
|
1/2 Tsp Pepper
|
|
1 Stick Butter, Melted
|
1/2 Cup Onions, Chopped
|
|
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
|
2 Cup Corn Flakes, Crushed
|
|
2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
|
First, mix 1/2 of the butter, the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and onions in a bowl. Spread out in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with the corn flakes, and remaining 1/2 butter.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
